The blade block is held inside the holder. It can therefore be moved, set down and immersed without its tips resting directly on a surface.
Immerse without damage
The holder supports the blade block so the tips neither rest on the bottom of the tank nor strike its walls.
Simplify cleaning
It helps position the blade block in an ultrasonic cleaner, sink or suitable dishwasher.
Removable retaining fork
The blade block stays correctly positioned.
The fork inserts into the blade block once it has been placed in the holder. It keeps it in position during transport and immersion.
